If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we can offer you a full refund or exchange. The refund will be for the item itself, although we cannot refund you postage costs. The item must be returned unworn and with all tags attached and all packaging included. Returns will not be accepted if this is not the case. All returns, both in the Netherlands and international, must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. It is also your own responsibility to return the said items. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost in transit of the return process. When making a return please include your name, order number and reason for return. Once the item has been returned and if everything is satisfactory, your payment will be refunded straight away. Please note that it can take up to seven working days for the payment to reach your account.

Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
