Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to maintain our brand’s excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to all customer inquiries, including but not limited to product information, order status, shipping details, and returns.
- Resolving customer concerns and issues, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Staying informed about our product offerings, features, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers through various channels, including email and phone, ensuring a positive and friendly interaction.
- Actively seeking and collecting customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, closely collaborating with Product Development.
- Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to address customer needs and contribute to a seamless customer journey.
- Have proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Are a strong communicator in English and Dutch, both written and verbally.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Have a customer-centric mindset with a genuine understanding of customer needs.
- Are enthusiastic, well-organized, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Please note this is a part-time position (approx. 2 days/week) and would be perfect to combine with school or other personal projects.
