Store Manager

With our re-opening of our Amsterdam flagship store, we are seeking a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including sales, customer service, staff management, visual merchandising and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and retail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels
- Maintain store appearance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Requirements
- Dutch native tongue, fluent in english
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Ability to analyse sales performance data and market trends
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
