We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our store staff 16-32 hours per week at our recently re-designed Amsterdam flagship store. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

You will:

• Advise our customers on ØLÅF products, quality, and style
• Process sales transactions accurately and provide a seamless customer experience from start to finish
• Aim sales targets are met and contribute to the overall sales objectives
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor and stockroom, and ensure our products are properly displayed and replenished
• Assist with visual merchandising efforts
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and collections
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by supporting and assisting the store team

We are looking for the next ØLÅF brand ambassador: a passionate individual with a strong sense of style, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for our brand. Someone with a spontaneous and positive attitude, eager to learn and able to work flexible hours. Fluent in both Dutch and English. Previous retail experience is an advantage.
