If the product(s) you ordered do not meet your expectations, you may choose to return them within 30 days of receipt. It's important to ensure that the returned products are received by us within this 30 day period and comply with our return criteria to qualify for a refund.
→ All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
→ All products must be unworn and unwashed.
→ All products must have all original tags still attached.
How to make a return
To return items, please follow the steps below. You will also be able to see the return steps on the paper enclosed your order.
→ Place the item(s) with all original tags attached in a box. Re-use the original packaging if possible and enclose the packing slip with the barcode that came with your order. Without the packing slip we will not be able to process your return. Tape the package securely.
→ Go to our return portal via the link on top of this page, by scanning the QR code on the packing slip or directly via your order history in your account. To log in you need your email and the 6-digit order number located on your order confirmation email or in your account. On the packing slip your order numbers is the last 6 digits of the order ID.
→ Follow the steps described in the portal.
To make an exchange, please follow the same steps as above.
FOR ORDERS PLACED IN EU
For Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France we offer to generate return labels in the return portal. The costs for the return labels are shown below. We will deduct this amount from the refund later on. The costs are the same as the shipping costs that were paid.

If you return all items that were included in your order, we will refund you the shipping costs paid when you placed your order. If you return your order partially, we will not refund the shipping costs.
We offer free exchanges made from Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
For rest of Europe, register your return via the return portal and follow the instructions. The costs for returns and exchanges are for you. Please ensure that you are sending the return to the correct address and hold on to your proof of shipment until we have confirmed your return or exchange.
FOR ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE EU
Please register your return via the return portal and follow the instructions. The costs for returns and exchanges are for the customer and we cannot refund any taxes, duties or charges for returns or exchanges. Refunds will be done in € at the price paid upon original purchase. Please ensure that you are sending the return to the correct address and hold on to your proof of shipment until we have confirmed your return or exchange.
We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
Once we have received and processed your return or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email. Are you returning, you can expect to receive the refund within 3-5 working days after we have processes your return. With some payment methods the refund can take up to 14 days after processing the return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after processing your returned item(s).

Problems or complaints
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it has been fully checked by our packing team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request.
We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of ØLÅF and will be judged reasonable.
