    Returns & Refunds

    We will offer a full refund on all items within 30 days of receipt if the returned products meet our return criteria. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in € at the price paid upon original purchase.

    To return items, please fill in the Return Form that came accompanied with your order. All steps in relation to your return are described on the Return Form.

    If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at store@olafhussein.com with your order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.

    Important before returning:
    → All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    → All products must be unworn and unwashed.
    → All products must have all original ØLÅF tags still attached.

    Return steps

    → Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
    → Enclose the completed Return Form.
    → Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
    → Close the box and tape it securely.
    → Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
    → Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.

    We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

    Purchased items are exchangeable in any different size or product if available. Exchanges are only processed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. Exchanges shipped to you are free of charge. 

    If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know your preferred product, color and size by mailing this to store@olafhussein.com.

    Problems or complaints

    Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our packing team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at store@olafhussein.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request

    Faulty items

    We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if it the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of ØLÅF and will be judged reasonable.


    When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    Refunds in-store

    You can return your non-sale items within 30 days to our physical store on Bilderdijkstraat 112-114 in Amsterdam and we will issue a refund if the returned items follow the requirements listed above. Please note that sale items cannot be returned in store.
