Product Care

Caring for your garments means caring for the environment, and it's the best way to extend their useful life. We have created this garment care guide to help you extend the life of your garments and reduce the environmental impact of care processes.

Our top 3 for your puffer jacket:

1. Give it some air

When taking your jacket out of its packaging, it’s best to let it breathe on a hanger for some time before the first use.

2. They don’t like water too much

Our puffers are made from water-resistant fabric but are not waterproof. Try to keep it from getting soaked. Got caught up in the rain? Let your puffer dry in the fresh air by hanging it anywhere it has breathing room. Puffer jackets do not like tight spaces.

3. We like big puffers and cannot lie

Please don’t hang your puffer in a cramped cupboard if you want to keep them full and fresh.

Got dirty?

Do not wash, iron, bleach, or tumble dry. To clean your puffer jacket, 'dry clean with caution' is advised.

These tips will make your jumper last longer:

To keep them crisp

Always iron at low to medium temperatures and never ever iron on prints. Also do not tumble dry or bleach prints, ever.

Take it easy

We know you like us, the feeling is mutual but please give us a few days between each wear. Excess wear will cause us to lose shape.

Got dirty?

Wash with similar colors on a 30-degree delicate cycle, then air dry.

This is how you’ll show your trousers and pants the love they need:

Take it easy

We all like it fresh and clean but minimizing machine washing your pants and trousers will extend their shelf life.

Got dirty?

When you need to wash your pants or trousers, always wash them inside out on 30 degree delicate wash then air dry. Depending on the material, the specific wash instructions might vary. So always ready the care label inside your item before washing or dry cleaning.

The art of ironing

It isn't rocket science, but there are some ground rules when it comes to ironing pants and trousers:

- Always iron at a low to medium temperature only and do not iron prints or hardware.

- Pockets and waistbands should be ironed first. Turn the pockets inside out before you iron them and press the iron shortly on your waistband without moving it.

- If your pants have a marked crease along the center of the legs, you must hold both seams of the leg on the ironing board sideways and press the iron down at the top of the pants to the bottom.

MEND WHEN BROKEN

We encourage you to repair rather than replace. A simple mend can extend the life of your favorite piece and reduce waste.

SECOND LIFE

When your clothing has served its purpose, consider giving it a second life. Donate, sell, or repurpose items to reduce their environmental impact.

CARE FOR LONGEVITY

Proper care can make all the difference. Follow the washing instructions carefully, avoid over-washing, and store your garments with care.

Our tees aren’t high maintenance, but here are some clever tricks to keep them at their best:

They don’t like it hot

Always iron at low to medium temperatures and never ever iron on prints. Also do not tumble dry or bleach prints, ever.

Got dirty?

Turn your tees inside out before putting them in the washing machine. Wash separately and on a 30 degree delicate wash. If possible, try to skip machine wash and dryers every chance you get. Minimizing machine washing will maintain your t-shirt’s vibrancy, elasticity, and material quality in the long run.

Our top 3 for your wool, mohair, and cashmere garments:

1. Let it breathe

When you first receive your wool, mohair, or cashmere item, allow it to air out on a hanger for a while. This helps any packing creases to settle and the fibers to relax.

2. Avoid frequent washing

These natural fibers have self-cleaning properties, so frequent washing is unnecessary. Instead, air them out regularly to keep them fresh. If you do need to clean them, opt for gentle hand washing in cold water or use a specialist dry cleaner.

3. Store with care

When storing your wool, mohair, or cashmere items, fold them neatly and keep them in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging as this can distort the shape.

Got dirty?

Spot clean: Gently blot the stain with a clean cloth and cold water. Avoid rubbing as this can damage the fibers.

Hand wash: If necessary, wash by hand in cold water with a mild detergent specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Do not wring or twist; instead, gently press out excess water.

Dry flat: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel to dry, reshaping it as it dries. Avoid hanging or tumble drying, as this can cause stretching and damage.

Taking care of your jacket is pretty easy. There are only a few things that are an absolute no go.

1. We like our space

Not hanging your coats in a cramped cupboard and giving it some air will help to keep the material stay crisp.

2. This is a no go

Do not iron prints or hardware and do not tumble dry or bleach.

3. We like to stay in shape

To keep your jacket from losing shape, it’s best to empty your pockets before hanging them.

Got dirty?

Wash separately and on a 30 degree delicate washing program then air dry on a hanger.

Read the care label attached to the inside of the jacket for specific details and instructions.

To minimize wear and tear, don't wash it too often.
