Orders & Delivery

Sometimes, your confirmation may take a little longer when we have many orders. Please wait up to an hour for your confirmation to arrive at your inbox. And please check your spam folder. If it takes longer than an hour, please check if you have filled in the correct email address and send us an email so we can send you your confirmation. 

Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you should receive your order in in The Netherlands in 1-2 working days. Orders sent to the rest of Europe will take 2-5 working days. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 2-7 working days. (Please note that during sale periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive.)

We offer free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, United Kingdom and Denmark. On all other European orders we offer free shipping above €100. Worldwide orders are eligible for free shipping from €200. 

In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of all your orders when you are signed into your account

Once we have received your order, we immediately send it to our warehouse for shipment. If you wish to modify or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and see if changes can be made. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, you will need to wait until your order arrives and make a return. 

Orders & Payments

We accept iDeal, Paypal, Bank, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Banksofort and Bancontact.

Your invoice is included in the order confirmation. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately. 

For countries outside Europe there may be additional charges added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and your own responsibility. 

All our prices are final and include the 21% VAT, in compliance to Dutch law. We are not responsible for additional import taxes that may be added, depending on local customs.

Returns & Refunds

To return or exchange items, please fill in the Return Form that came accompanied with your order. All steps in relation to your return are described on the Return Form. If you haven’t received a Return From, please contact us immediately.

Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.

Non-sale items can also be returned in our flagship store at Bilderdijkstraat 12 in Amsterdam.
 
We will offer a full refund on non-sale items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes duties charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros at the price paid upon original purchase.

We aim to process your refund within a week after receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be available on your account after processing your return (depending on your payment method). 

All orders are processed carefully and inspected before shipment. We ask you to do the same immediately after receiving your order. If you find a defect on one or more items, please contact us immediately with a description of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. 

No, unfortunately not. If you wish to change your item to another size or product you can follow our regular return process and order a new item. 

Sale products can be returned but can't be refunded. Instead, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value.

You can return your order following the regular returns procedure. After processing your return, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value.

Accounts

No, you can check out as a guest. Using an account might be handy for your own administration though. 

Your information is solely used to process your order and shipment. We may use your email address for promotional purposes and your phone number might be used if there is a problem with your order. Under no circumstance will we share or sell your information to third parties. 

We can delete your account whenever you want. Send us an email at store@olafhussein.com and we will remove your information from our system.
