Warranty Policy

At ØLÅF, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure that it meets our high quality standards.

For all customers, our ØLÅF products are backed by a six (6) month additional service warranty. Within this warranty policy, ØLÅF will replace, repair or refund any items deemed faulty by our Customer Service Team, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To qualify for coverage under our warranty policy, claims must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must have been used under normal conditions
  • Care label instructions must have been strictly followed during use
  • The claim was directly reported after the fault occurred
  • Proof of purchase for the item must be provided

Claims excluded from our warranty policy include those resulting from:

  • Failure to follow ØLÅF's wash and care instructions
  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions
  • Engaging in (extreme) sports activities
  • Contact with sharp objects
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Damages due to poor storage or neglect
  • Inadequate maintenance
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Damages from compression, falls, abnormal impacts, or other actions
  • Wear against abrasive surfaces
  • Damage caused by UV exposure, fire, or bleach
  • Natural breakdown of colours, finishes, and materials over time.
