We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and ambitious Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at our Amsterdam office. As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will support the Ecommerce Manager with daily operations while taking ownership of areas such as product management, website content and SEO. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance our online presence, optimise user experience, and drive sales
growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for merging ecommerce and fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Manage product listings and inventory, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with Production, Design, and Marketing teams to gather and upload product information
  • Regularly refresh site content, updating banners, collections, and landing pages to align with campaigns and brand
  • Optimise conversion and shopping experience through content testing and placement adjustments
  • Manage and execute SEO initiatives and tasks, implement keyword strategies, and monitor KPIs to boost visibility
  • Organise collections for campaigns, design landing pages, and ensure timely campaign launches
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to proactively identify improvements and enhance user experience
  • Maintain consistency with ØLÅF’s brand identity, while managing timelines and deliverables
  • Research industry trends and competitor practices to recommend site enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Shopify is preferred), Google Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive work and can to stay engaged while maintaining consistency and productivity over time
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong interest in ecommerce and the fashion industry is a significant advantage
