B2B Sales Support

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Wholesale team as a Sales Support B2B. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in meeting their goals. Additionally, you will oversee the logistical operations of the company, acting as the main contact between vendors and our fulfillment service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to problems
  • Customer support: process re-orders, handle complaints, manage returns, coordinate deliveries, issue invoices, and provide product information
  • Oversee logistics: ensure all transport is coordinated effectively between vendors and the delivery in the warehouse
  • Act as the main contact between vendors and our fulfillment service
  • Communicate internally with our merchandiser and production colleagues to maintain an overview of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Ensure smooth coordination of inventory and manage logistics to support sales and production schedules
  • Support the Sales team in their daily tasks to achieve team goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and manage sales opportunities
  • Offer support to the Sales team such as showroom preparations, buying tool preparations, handling cancellations, submitting (re)orders, and providing after-sales and in-season reporting
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Dutch native tongue, fluent in English
  • MBO or HBO education
  • Some experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Excel, Shopify and other order entry tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Some sales experience in fashion is a plus
