POSITION

We are looking for a Social Media and Community Coordinator to join as part of our marketing team - playing a vital role in bringing our campaigns to life and building our community around the Our Life as Friends philosophy. You will be responsible for shaping and growing ØLÅF's online presence by creating and curating inspiring content while engaging with our vibrant, growing community. 

Working closely with the rest of the marketing and creative team, you will ensure our digital platforms reflect ØLÅF's unique identity and values. Your organic social media strategies will increase brand awareness and visibility - being the direct link between our brand, our community and digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY & CREATION
Develop on and execute the current social media strategy across our social platforms (IG & TikTok). Creating content concepts and actualise visually compelling, on-brand, and engaging social content.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Manage, plan, and launch social media content and campaigns that reflect ØLÅF's unique identity and values. Schedule, post, and monitor daily content, ensuring consistency in voice and aesthetic.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Executing the existing community strategy by identifying and building relationships with brand advocates, and collaborators. Cultivate and manage our online community by actively engaging with followers.

ANALYZING & OPTIMIZE
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve and increase our impact, engagement and growth. Identify opportunities for platform growth, staying informed of algorithm changes and new digital tools.

COOPERATION & INNOVATION
Work closely with the rest of the marketing, creative and e-com teams to strengthen our communication and improve our customer experience.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media and community management. Experienced with implementing and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • A strong interest in social media marketing, and up-to-date knowledge of social trends, digital marketing, a keen sense of style, and a deep passion for fashion.
  • Knowledge about analyzing social media metrics and experience in using these insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Enthusiastic, well-organised, and service-minded, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A proactive approach to working in a small, dynamic business, collaborating closely with the founder and the wider team.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU.
